Hawaii is the only U.S. state with commercial coffee farms. Volcanic soil, high elevation, cloud cover and hand-picking produce a famously smooth, low-bitterness cup. Genuine 100% Kona is grown only in the Kona districts of Hawaii Island and is among the most sought-after coffees in the world — which is why so much of what's sold elsewhere is only a 10% blend.

How fresh is the coffee?
Our model is roast-on-demand: beans are roasted in small batches when you order, not warehoused for months and re-bagged. Freshness is the whole point of doing it this way.
